BEST BHAGVAD GITA LEARNING SHARED BY LORD KRISHNA

11 BHAGVAD GITA QUOTES BY LORD KRISHNA ON LIFE AND SUCCESS :  At the point when a befuddled Arjuna went to his charioteer, Lord Krishna, for guidance at the Kurukshetra, Lord Krishna expressed some reasonable philosophical ideas that are pertinent even today.  Bhagavad Gita is an epic sacred text that has the responses to every one of our issues. It's anything but an otherworldly word reference by Mahatma Gandhi and was a book of motivation for some heads of the Independence development. Investigate a portion of these Bhagavad Gita cites you can use to bring your life back destined for success.  1. Whatever occurred, occurred for the great. Whatever is going on, is occurring for the great. Whatever will occur, will likewise occur for the great.  Bhagavad Gita Quote on Worry  So get over it. Whatever you're scowling about, fail to remember it. The prospective employee meeting that turned out poorly, or the relationship that didn't work will undoubtedly occur and ...

WHAT IS LIVING AND HOW IT IS DIFFER FROM NON LIVING

If an alien species come to our earth will must be fascinated by the diversity of living organisms (life) in our earth. Among all the animals about 70% are insect means if there are total 10 animal then 7 animals out of 10 are must be insects. And among the plant species flowering plants (angiosperms) are more in number. But there are a big question that "what is living" and how we can differentiate a living organism from a non living object. WHAT IS LIVING -  Living is nothing but something which is alive. Something that can respire, can respond to surrounding, carry out reproduction and also perform cellular activity.  To know the exact meaning of living and the difference between living and non living, we have to know that what make an object living and what make it non living. There are some characteristics that make an organism living and different from non living. simply the features that shown by the all living organisms and not shown by any non living object with...

REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH AWARENESS

REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH -  In 2000 the world population was 2 billion and till 2011 it becomes 7.2 billion. Population control become one of the most critical issue around the world. Motivate smaller families using various contraceptive methods is the only way to overcome this population problem and also to make a reproductively healthy society. All over the world around 45-50 million MTPs (medical termination of pregnancies/abortions) was happened per year.  There are many ways to avoid unwanted pregnancies:   1. Natural methods - (These methods have high chance of risk) Natural methods to avoid pregnancy includes coitus interruptus, periodic abstinence and lactation amenorrhea.    a. Coitus interruptus - Removal of penis from the female reproductive track just before insemination.    b. Periodic abstinence - Generally starting 10 - 17 days of the menstrual cycle are fall under fertile period, when ovulation could be expected. So avoid coitus during ...

DRAWBACKS(ERRORS) OF EARLY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEMS

In early times the classification was mainly based on food, cloth and shelter. Meanwhile, Aristotle gave more scientific basis of classification.  He divide the organisms in two categories, on the basis of presence or absence of   red blood cell(RBC) and called ENIMA(RBC present) and ANIMA(RBC absent) and also divide as TREE, HERB and SHRUBS. Later, the two kingdom classification was given by Linnaeus that are  plant kingdom and animal kingdom. Two kingdom classification is also known as Artificial classification which was mainly based on gross superficial morphological characters. But this classifications found to be inadaquate because of some the following reasons -   DRAWBACKS  -  1. Earliest classification was not able to differentiate between prokaryotes and eukaryotes. In earliest many prokaryotic organisms are placed under eukaryotes. 2. This classifications are failed to separates the unicellular and multicellular organisms, such as Spiro...

TIME MANAGEMENT TIPS(improve your skills)

Every living being in this world are present for a limited and certain interval of time. No one can exchange his time with anything, her just spend it. So, for the effective uses of time, "time management" is important. Time management is the key to maintain efficient work and good time management enables you to perform more task is less time interval. Specially when time is limited and pressures are more. Good time management tips -  1. Start your day with a clear focus. 2. Make a list of your daily task. 3. Set your goal and divide your time according to the importance of your task. 4. Focus on high value activities. 5. Set a time limit for each and every task. 6. Avoid multitasking simultaneously. 7. Review your tasks from beginning. Benefits of time management -   1. Time management help you to avoid stress and anxiety. 2. Time management has significant impact on the quality of your decisions. 3. More productivity and efficiency. 4. More development on quick activity...

HOW LIFE WAS CREATED ON EARTH

Life In early stage there are nothing in the universe. According to the scientists after a big explosion in the universe(Big-Bang theory) galaxies are formed. Galaxy contain star and cloud of various gases, mostly hydrogen gas. Our galaxy named milky way galaxy in which our solar system contain many planets including earth. Our universe is formed about 20 billion years ago and the age of our earth is about 4.5 billion years and life formed on earth is about 4 billion years ago. There are many theories that explain that how life was created on earth. But the most appropriate theory came from Oparin and Haldane which state that "life come from pre existing nonliving molecules like RNA, Protein etc. According to this theory atoms are combine to form molecule that made various organic substances which in turn form coacervate, a non membranous structure. Coacervate  converted into germplasm and from germplasm the cell is formed. Cell is the structural, functional and fundamental u...

CELL- THE UNIT OF LIFE(cell biology blueprint)

Cell Cell is the structural, functional and fundamental unit of life. Dutch scientist "Leeuwenhoek" was first discover a living cell. A new cell generally take 24hrs. to form in case of human beings through cell cycle which includes mainly 4 phases which are G1, S, G2 and M phase respectively. A cell is made up of three layers which are glycocalyx, cell wall and cell membrane from outside to inside. All the three layers present in bacteria but in plant case of plants glycocalyx is absent and in  animals only cell membrane is present. Glycocalyx provide protective layer   and sticky nature to the bacterial cell and  hide the bacteria from host immune system.   The cell wall provide  the shape to the cell , cell to cell interaction , mechanical support to the cell and provide barrier for undesirable macromolecules.    Cell wall is a rigid and non living structure. Plant cell wall is mainly made up of cellulose along with hemicellulose, protein...

WHAT IS ENZYME

Enzyme All enzymes are protein except ribozymes which are nucleic acids and behaves like enzyme. Enzymes also have primary, secondary and tertiary structures like proteins. Primary structure of an enzyme contain a simple chain of amino acids but secondary and tertiary form have more complex structure. Tertiary structure of enzyme contain many crevices or pockets that helps to hold the substrates by forming active sites(site of enzyme- substrates complex formation) . Thus enzymes catalyse the reactions at very high rates. Enzyme catalyse the reactions more efficiently at optimal conditions. Both below and above the optimal condition efficiency of enzymes decreases. Enzymes worked efficiently at low temperature but around 40°c and above enzymes are damage because at high temperature tertiary structure of protein degenerates. Though enzymes are efficient at low temperature, enzyme isolated from the organisms are normally live under extremely high temperature(80°c-90°c). The rate of a...

HOW TO BUILD UP A GOOD IMMUNITY

Boosts your immunity  Our immunity does a great job to the defence mechanism of our body. It work against the disease causing micro-organisms. But sometimes microbes are able to infect and you become sick. A good immune system helps you much more to fight against infections. Our immune system is mainly build up by the B-lymphocytes and T-lymphocytes (immunity cells). There are many ways to increase your immunity. What to do to boosts your immune system  Persons with a weak immunity are more likely to catch cold, cough, frequent infections and their wounds take more time to heal and are feel tired all the time.  some significant ways to strengthen immunity are - 1.Take diet, rich in fruit, vegetables and sleep at least 8 hours. 2.Perform a regular exercise. 3.Don't smoke and drink alcohol. 4. Drink at least 3 liter water daily. 5. Take vitamin-C rich foods (vit-C worked as powerful antioxidant).

TIPS FOR A GOOD HEALTH

Health  Health is a state of physical and social well-being and completely absence of disease. Food is one of the basic requirement of all living beings. Whatever you eat is closely linked to your health. Taking healthier food you can prevent conditions like diabetes, heart disease etc. Healthy diet also help in loosing weight and lowering in cholesterol.  Our body actually need various type of nutrients to maintain good health and there are many source of nutrients. Main components of our foods are carbohydrates, fat and proteins. There are many source of carbohydrates like bread, beans, milk, popcorn, potato and corns. Fats are found in red meat, chicken skin, milk cream, cheese, butter and some oils as coconut oil and palm oil. Source of proteins are lean meat, poultry, fishes and eggs. A regular exercise is also importent thing to maintain good health.  At the time of exercise body take five times more oxygen than normal condition. A routine exercise can make yo...

CORONA VIRUS (PREVENTIONS AND SYMPTOMS)

About corona virus COVID-19 disease is a highly infectous disease nowadays, caused by newly discovered novei corona virus. most of the peoples infected with COVID-19 virus will experiences mild respiratory weakness and are recover without special treatments. while those peoples with medical problems like cardiovascular disease, diabetes, respiratory disease and cancer are more likely to have serious illness. COVID-19 virus spread through droplets of saliva and discharge from the nose from a infected person when cough or sneezes. Preventions To prevent infection and to slow down transmissions of COVID-19 the following instructions will must be done-  1. wash your hand regularly with soap or use alcohol based hand rub. 2.avoid to touch your face. 3.cover your mouth and nose by wearing masks. 4. maintain at least 2 meter distance from people coughing and sneezing. 5. avoid smoking or other activities that weakens your lungs and also avoid unnecessary travels. Symptoms COVID-19 vi...

KINGDOM FUNGI

Kingdom fungi  The fungi constitute a unique kingdom of heterotropic eukaryotic organisms. They show great diversity in morphology and habitat.Fungi have non cellulosic cell wall made up of chitin and polysaccharides. Chitin also known as homopolymer that  form the exoskeleton of arthropods. The common mushroom and toadstools are also fungi. Some parasitic fungi cause white spot on mustard leaf also.  The number of fungi  species present on earth are more than total number  species of fishes, amphibians, reptiles and mammals. Fungi prefer warm and humid places to grow. Except yeast all fungi are filamentous. Yeast are also use in making bread and beer. Some fungi cause disease in both plant and animal, wheat rust cause by puccinia is one of the important example. Some fungi are use to make antibiotics such as penicillium.Fungi are made up of mycelium a thread like structure that has hyphae as building blocks. Hyphae without cross wall are coenocytic means multinucleat...

KINGDOM MONERA

Kingdom monera This kingdom include all the prokaryotic organisms. They don't save membrane bound cell organelles like eukaryotes(all the cell organelles like eukaryotes absent in prokaryotes except ribosomes).Bacteria are the sole members of kingdom monera. They are most abundant microscopic organisms and occur almost everywhere. In a handful soil there are thousands of bacteria are presents. Bacteria are more simple in structures but  are more complex in behaviour.Thry are just 0.3 micrometer in diameter and have three layers covering (glycocalyx, cell wall and cell membrane). There are four type of bacteria on the basis of their shape as 1.comma shape vibrium,2.rod shape bacillus(some have spore) ,3. Spherical coccus and 4. Spiral    shape Spirillum(some have flagella). kingdom monera include archaebacteria and eubacteria. Archaebacteria  Atchaebacteria are the special types of bacteria because they are found in extreme conditions like in extreme salty condition (hal...

KINGDOM PROTISTA

WHAT ARE THE PROTISTANS--- Kingdom protista iuncludes all the unicellular eukaryotic organisms.which are primarily auqatic found in both marine and fresh environments.Being eukaryotyes they contain well developed genetic material organised in a nucleous with two membranous envelop and other cell organelles like mitochondria, chloroplast, golgi body, ribosomes etc. This kingdom include  chrysophytes, dianoflagellates, euglenoids, slime moulds and protozoans. They reproduce both asexually and sexually through cell fusion and zygote formation. CHRYSOPHYTES- Chrysophytes include diatomes and desmids. They are microscopic oganisms, photosynthetic and planktonic that flow passively with the water currents.Desmids are also known as golden algae. In the case of diatomes, there are thin overlapping of cell wall fitted together like a coverings of a box. the cell wall of diatomes are embaded with silica that make their wall indestructable and thus after dying diatomes left a large amount of cell wal...

WHAT IS THE EVOLUTION?

Evolution is a process through which organisms evolve new characteristics.  Simply it is the study of history of life on earth 🌎 .      In early stage it is consider that there are nothing  in the universe and after a big explosion in our universe our solar system is formed which include the earth, sun and the other planets. In early stage there are no atmosphere in earth, hydrogen and helium like gasses release from molten mass and cover the earth surface. O2(oxygen) Combine with CH4(methane) and NH3(ammonia) to form   H20(water) and CO2(carbon dioxide).  The universe was formed about 20BYA(billions year ago) and the age of earth is about 4.5 BY  and the life is about 4 BY. The origin of life is consider as a unique event in the history of universe.  The first form of life was non cellular and the cellular form of life with a membranous envelope didn't originate till about 2000mya(million years ago),without any doubt they ar...
