Main components of our foods are carbohydrates, fat and proteins. There are many source of carbohydrates like bread, beans, milk, popcorn, potato and corns. Fats are found in red meat, chicken skin, milk cream, cheese, butter and some oils as coconut oil and palm oil. Source of proteins are lean meat, poultry, fishes and eggs.

A regular exercise is also importent thing to maintain good health.  At the time of exercise body take five times more oxygen than normal condition. A routine exercise can make you feel better and keep you healthy.
